How much does SalonIQ Pro cost?
SalonIQ Pro costs RSD 4,999 per location per month. All features are included, with unlimited staff profiles.
How is pricing calculated for multiple locations?
Pricing is per location. The Pro subscription costs RSD 4,999 per month for each location and includes every feature and unlimited staff profiles for that location.
Do I need a payment card, and how do I pay for the subscription?
No payment card is required. The subscription is paid by bank transfer—either enter the invoice details manually or scan its IPS QR code.
How long does the trial last?
The trial lasts 14 days and includes every SalonIQ Pro feature and unlimited staff. Each location receives a shared allowance of 50 WhatsApp messages during the trial. Each confirmation or reminder sent uses one message from this allowance.
When is the first invoice issued?
The first invoice for one location is issued three days before the trial ends, is RSD 4,999, and is due when the trial ends. If you do not want to move to a paid subscription, you can cancel before the trial ends. Paying early does not shorten the 14-day trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using SalonIQ Pro. If you do not want to continue, you can cancel before the trial ends.
How do I cancel an active subscription?
The account owner can cancel the plan under Billing and subscription. Cancellation takes effect on the next billing date, and access remains active until then.
How many WhatsApp messages does the Pro plan include?
The Pro subscription includes 500 WhatsApp messages per location each month. This can cover up to 500 booking confirmations or up to 500 individual reminders when only one WhatsApp message is enabled for an appointment. If you enable multiple messages for the same appointment, each message sent uses one message from the shared monthly allowance. You choose which supported confirmations and reminders to enable.
Can I buy additional WhatsApp messages?
During an active Pro subscription, an additional package of 500 WhatsApp messages is available for RSD 2,500.
